Shipping Restrictions AUS

We are currently unable to ship the following products to Australia due to overseas shipping restrictions:

• Andis range
• Dangerous Goods products such as aerosol or products with alcohol contents (e.g. Groom Professional and Bio-Groom colognes)
• Tubs and Tables
• Grooming Stools
• Servicing

If your order contains one or more of these items, you must remove them from your cart in order to process your check out.

Shipping

Most orders will be dispatched via DHL or NZ Couriers International - dependent on volume and weight.

Australia Customs

Please note; when your parcel arrives in your country, there might be some customs or import duties that need to be paid. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee whether you'll be charged or not. Customs charges are normally only applied to orders with a value of AU$1000 or greater.

It's important to note that if these charges are applied, they are the responsibility of the recipient not the sender, so you'll need to take care of them.
