AllGroom uses stringently tested technologies to ensure the security of information transmitted via our web site and maintained in our possession. When you place your order "checkout" you will see a lock icon appear on the status bar of your browser. This indicates that the data that is submitted is encrypted while in transit and so cannot be viewed by anyone other than us. In addition, when we receive that data, it is stored on a separate location to the web server so that it can only be accessed by us.

Payment Security 

To ensure that your credit card or other personal details are kept secure in transit on the Internet, we use a digital certificate to encrypt the data going to and from the web site. Look for the secure page entry messages that you get notified from your browser and for the web address to change to “https” (secure web page transfers). Our certificate details can also be confirmed via Comodo Instant SSL.


Payments are processed by New Zealand’s leading payments solutions company DPS (Direct Payment Solutions). All payments are safe with securely hosted servers. Find out more about DPS.

Account2Account (A2A) provides a secure solution to accept payments directly into our bank account by creating a one-off online payment using the customer’s online banking portal. The A2A solution is hosted securely at DPS. All prices are stated and charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Your credit card is debited at the checkout.
